Also importantly between 2020-2024 is when food delivery apps, uber/lyft all stopped subsidizing the actual costs of their service trying to acquire market share. Once rates went up these companies had to generate cash flow. So for the user inflation seemed dramatic

I mostly agree with you I would say that zoning laws can also be a necessary infringement to protect people’s property. If I buy a house it would suck pretty hard if someone built a polluting factory. But the abuses of zoning are a real problem

You may have to empty it entirely and check underneath fully. Just obviously be careful you or someone else doesn’t get crushed

Oh I think we can place a lot of blame on Biden for not decline to run much earlier and allowing a primary to happen. The narrative of his decline whatever the reality really dug a hole
