I think the customer sees an abstracted name for a physical location. My A,B,C might correspond with CSP's A,B,C, but it would be your B,C,A which corresponds with CSP's A,B,C

Never done it in RedShift + Tableau but I've frequently come across a similar issues coming down to dates being interpreted as timestamps or strings (or, timestamps showing as dates and being used as dates, but actually being timestamps in the visualization tool)
