On the walk to Emirates Stadium, we passed Arsenal’s old home—Highbury. Instead of demoing it for parking (cough Highmark cough), they converted it into 650 homes and kept the pitch as shared green space. A perfect blend of heritage and smart infill.

Camden Market, a former warerhousing site in the Camden Town neighborhood, is a perfect example of how walkable spaces fuel local economies. Within just 5 mins, we saw dozens of cuisine options and endless vendors. Every inch of the space was used to support vibrant street life.
