Fun fact. The number of non-military federal employees between the 1950’s and today has been relatively stable at 2-3 million. 3 million in the 80’s, 2.8 million in the 90’s, and 3 million as of November 2024, accounting for only 1.87% of the civilian workforce.

Cellphones, an unregulated amygdala-targeted attention industry, and students sharing videos of peers without consent would have thrown the schools I attended into chaos.
