Ideally, our makerspace would be a *support* and not necessarily the starting point for all of these projects and events. But at the moment, we just don’t have a school culture where students participate in these events. So, I’m hoping to seed some change, show what’s possible.

I share this because I’m doing my best to straddle and stretch to ensure students can go public with projects of their choosing across different disciplines. It requires a lot of knowledge of these (and other) events. We’ll do a robotics competition and media/design competition in the next month.
