Apropos of the Fear & Hunger one at the bottom here showing up to get added to my collection today: I will never get tired of this genre of video essay. If I see "A Quick" or "A Brief" in the title/thumbnail of a video with a 3+ hour runtime you KNOW I am bookmarking that shit.

I might actually have to turn my heat on tonight??? Which poses the SLIGHT problem of the two wall heaters in my apartment both have stuff piled in front of them because I -NOT UNREASONABLY I FEEL - assumed I wouldn’t need them until like mid-November.

The stars have aligned for me in the form of my aunt wanting to get rid of some furniture from my grandparents’ house, so now I have:
a) this kitchen hutch (bottom shelf accounted for but currently being repaired by handyman cousin)

I have learned there is a local RHCP cover band called the Red Hot Gentilly Peppers, which is my favorite Gentilly-based play on a name since I learned that a local grocery store calls their Chantilly Berry cake knockoff a Gentilly Berry.

So it turns out the big antique clawfoot tub that I have wanted one of my whole life and was stoked about when I moved in iiiiiis kind of a nightmare to shower in on a daily basis without the proper setup, which I definitely didn’t have but am now acquiring.
