What a great day! My morning folks built Othello and all of his tragic hero qualities with playdoh, legos, wooden blocks and other small parts; my period 7 folks are building Hester Prynne, and my 8th folks are going to create Okonkwo and all of his complexity... Fun start to break!

Looking to make my kids talk about ideas before writing today to get to better outcomes... anyone make this concrete and structured or does it work better as mini-conferences? Accountability matters... but so does the absolute evolution of authentic construction...Legos & Play doh day!
