Qatar Airways is aiming for a ribbon-cutting by the end of this year on it's new at lounge at BKK's satellite terminal.
This means that if your flight doesn't depart from the satellite terminal, you won't be able to use the lounge if flying a premium cabin on other oneworld carriers.

Just did an overnight Qatar Airways flight onboard one of these planes. They still have the Virgin Australia cabin instead.
We may well see them dedicating these planes to the ‘VA operated by QR flights’ if the QR deal to invest in VA is approved.

In the coming months, more than 15 airlines serving millions of people globally will begin accepting Apple’s ‘Find My’ item locations as part of their customer service process for locating mishandled or delayed bags. More airlines will be added over time.
