Most likely. I have Fedora Workstation/Gnome installed and I get a bunch of QT and KDE framework packages due to a few of the apps I installed.

If you have a list of Gnome packages you are concerned about, you can find what depends on them by passing the list as arguments to: a dnf repoquery command.
$ dnf repoquery --installed --whatrequires <packages>
$ dnf repoquery --installed --whatrequires <packages>
