Thank you! I added the mount as a maintenance access approach to minimize the Q teardown into just taking off the side panel on the occasion a microSD swap is ever required. Although I guess you could cut an opening in the side panel above the fan grates for quicker access. Doodled a cutout example:

I completely understand. I was really looking forward to ordering a BRX for an Xbox refurb, yet things are so crazy right now. I hope it comes under consideration again sometime in the future. BlueRetro is awesome! Thank you for all that you’ve done and continue to do for the community.

I'm assuming that'll be the case as the Morph order page now includes the option for v2 shell colors. So an option for analog bridges is likely to appear after the initial pre-order period for current Morph owners.

So exciting! The VMUPro will be one of the coolest things to release this year. I hope it’ll also come in transparent colors that match the Dreamcast controllers, especially green. 😁

That’s what I started doing, although the second is a desoldering gun w/ a narrow tip. I add fresh solder to the SMDs, and then one at a time use my soldering iron and desoldering gun to heat up the legs & pads enough to lift and shift it away. I’ve had great success on Xbox, GC, and PS1 boards.
