Oh I bake 2-3 times a week. Yes, always in the fridge. Wide mouth pint jar that hasn't been changed in years.
It grows in the fridge, full rise, at 39°. Takes about 3 days. I can speed that up by pulling it. Use it straight from the fridge, if it's peaking.

I got these with a baofeng handheld w/stock whip antenna. Standing on my deck, held it next to my cell phone. Used the Robot32 app.
Also got a few off the station & 2m j-pole, over the computer mic. They're OK 😕 🤷♂️

Seriously though, "Dirty Business" is a great tune. New Riders were a lot of fun. One of Jerry's side projects. He never actually "learned" how to play it, techniques etc. He liked it and just started playing in his own way. Sitting in on lots of albums. ✌️

Yesterday, someone set our yard on fire.
Strangers passing by, banging on my door, fought it until the FD arrived. Top of the hill, we lost 3 apple trees, a cherry tree, 15 years of planting.
Literal minutes from the house catching fire.
I don't know who they were, and they saved our house!
