The opening to WTXF Fox 29's Ten O'Clock News on Oct 7 1990. The CGI flyover of Boathouse Row, City Hall, and Independence Hall is probably the second most iconic Philly news open after 6ABC.

Harry Marks is going to come up in the next Fox Kids Club. He worked on many of the most iconic graphics and promo sequences of the 80s, often with Pacific Data Images (which made Shrek).

This is one of those collabs, the NBC movie open from 1984-86.

In 1988, ABC Sports commissioned a unique "pinball" opening for Monday Night Football made largely with practical effects. A wonderful sequence, it only lasted one year as they started using Hank Williams Jr. the next year.
