I have MCAS with mostly GI responses so I feel yr pain. I’ve cried into many a bland meal. The few OTC things that work for me are DAO enzymes, Pepcid, Zyrtec, & Nasalcrom. Ketotifen is Rx & if you have asthma you might be able to get a one. Sodium cromolyn liquid is also a life saver.

Made a coconut milk sambar spiced soup with chickpeas, potatoes & collards. Put it on some rice with tamarind & cilantro chutney🙌🏽

Plus oil, never forget the endless need for resource extraction.
