hard to really tell because all his actions as senator were post-stroke, so there's not a good before/after record.

but he did pull that shotgun on a black jogger loooong before he had a stroke. so that was probably a red flag

right ya, that's also a possibility, like those people who get traumatic brain injuries and lose all aptitude for empathy.

altho lol if that's what happened here shouldn't there be ways of getting people unfit for office out of office??
