Pushing through depression , especially during a downswing, is hard enough when times are good and resources are plentiful. Pushing through them when you have nothing feels impossible but making it through while knowing you're on your own is its own kind of reward.

Update for the people who give a ****. I had surgery, it was major but I'm healing and it went to fine and then a day after my grandmother passed away. It has been an emotional trip and I'm grateful for the people who have been taking care of me. I know I'm impossible but you're amazing.
