I did not sleep today (I have been up for, uh, 26 hours? Except for the 45 minute nap I accidentally took in my car when I got home. Mondays suck) but here is a cat anyway. He was waiting for me to get home this morning 🥹

Update: I was in bed by 11 and slept with this monster instead. Jacob my beloved why are you like this???

And for the record, a minute after this he was literally draped over my head and purring.

Good things in life: I get off work in one hour and twenty three minutes. Yesterday, Tomáš Purrtl, himbo extraordinaire, joined me for a nap. I’m hoping to be in bed by 10, and I’m also hoping he’ll sleep with me a little bit today too.

He also has giardia and is fiv+, but whatever, one is treatable & the other isn’t the end of the world. All this dude wants is love & food, in that order.

This is Jacob Truscatt. He was (yet another) abandoned tabby in our park who we scooped up two weeks and change ago. He had a head wound and a wounded paw and scabs all over his body and still had his balls.

He has none of those now, but he has a home.
