I'm a librarian, captain of a team of know-it-alls. I like community stuff. I think we should end homelessness.
Here is a video of my dog being cute/existing. Have a great day!

I'm sure they'll make double the profits off of this game, but the cost was the fans' lungs. Straight-up abuser behavior. Do better, CFL 3/3

They kept everyone cooped up in the stadium, breathing horrible air, and consuming food and alcohol from the vendors, resetting the timer, over and over, for when they would send people home. Absolutely disgraceful behavior by the @sskroughriders and @cfl. 2/

So, last night, the air in Regina was too bad for the players to play, but rather than make a decision to postpone the game and let everyone return home to their families and clean air, they cfl teased the attendees over and over into believing that the game might eventually start. 1/

A friend just pointed out to me that the ICE agents who are covering their faces while terrorizing innocent people are probably the same weiners who were crying about wearing masks during covid, and you know what? He ain't wrong.

I miss the time when "The Emperor's New Clothes" was just a story for children.

It's a shame it's not more common for NHL players to fall in love with librarians. I feel like books have really set me up for disappointment in this one aspect of my life.

Thought of the day: All surgeries can be day surgeries if you underfund Healthcare enough.

What if Carney and Singh vibed off each other and built each other's ideas up instead of being in loggerheads? God, they could be a force to be reckoned with.

Shockingly, playing the Academy Awards walk-off music, at increasing volume, did almost nothing to put an end to today's leadership meeting.
Never try, never know. 🤷‍♀️

I'm sitting in the airport waiting for my flight and reading an article about a 50+ year old camera trap to try to prove the existence of the Loch Ness monster and it mentions climate change. . . 1 /

Running errands with my friend and her 6 y.o. Every time we get out of the car, I turn to the tiny human and say, "OK, see ya later!" This joke never gets old.

To my Alberta friends, I'm giving a talk at the Bloom Women's Conference in Innisfree on March 22. There are still a couple tickets left if you want to be a friendly face in the audience! HMU and I will pass you the details. ✌️❤️📚

It's funny how my friends' children keep aging, and yet I remain the same plucky 26 year old I have always been. Life is funny that way.

It’s our urgent job to show that people don’t need to choose between caring about the fires and storms threatening their homes and their equally urgent need to economically survive.

We all need to become eco-populists. That means championing policies that significantly lower daily costs while lowering emissions. Heat Pumps for All, alongside much more robust tenant rights; free and better public transit; price caps on green energy; make polluters pay for the transition.

This wind is such a vibe. Screaming through the streets. So relatable.
Here is another cat.

What if all I want is to show you pictures of my cats?
This is Ludo. He likes to be nearby while I am working.

Having gotten to know these two women over the past few months, I am even more thrilled for our residents. Great work Victoria and Shobna!
