My son needed the visit just as much as I did. Had a blast just being a kid, outside in nature. This is my goal right now: to get out once a weekend and be in nature.

Took my youngest to a peaceful little lake yesterday and it was so amazing being out there with him.
I’m paying a price, though, which is always the hardest part of dealing with chronic pain. It’s so hard that everything worth doing costs me a crap ton of pain and fatigue.
