If kidnapped, what would you post that would alarm your followers without the kidnappers knowing you're asking for help?

"Actually, representation in literature isn't that important, and also generative 'AI' is both useful and ethical."

If you have watched the last 2 and a half minutes of the Right Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde's homily this morning, I urge you to watch the whole 15 minutes. My first impression is that of the entire inauguration, this speech will be the one remembered and studied for decades.

The story. And the comments.
Update, the line of credit was denied literally because we donate our profit to charity so the bank thinks we won’t be motivated to be financially stable 🫠
We're applying for a line of credit at one of my companies and the banker wrote back with a list of questions and one of them was "Why is Mr. Green's income continuing to decline year over year from author work?" which feels like a bit of a burn...

So much laughing and connecting at this session. Giving me lots to think about. 🩷
We did it! We spoke about poop at length at a national conference. 😂 So much fun sharing about using “gross” topics in the classroom to connect to kids’ humanity, raise engagement, and give kids agency! #NCTE24 @chthompson.bsky.social @kassiaowedekind.bsky.social

I’m so excited for this. I want to include manga in my classroom library but have felt so overwhelmed by the genre. Can’t wait to dig in and learn more ways to support readers!
