…but I want to try some of these things now, too. And puzzles, getting stuck into a good book or doing a puzzle to keep the mind busy. I think the running/gym thing is good, too, because the winter months feel so awful when they make you think you can’t move your body 😕

Thank you for asking this question! Navigating similar issues myself at the mo. Loving some of these answers. I think in the past (prior to being diagnosed), the things that helped me the most were putting up fairy lights (way before Christmas), going for walks through crunchy leaves, hot chocolate
