I had a friend call me out recently for things I now understand are autism/ADHD (lack of social skills and not having energy most days to keep in touch) and even told me "I have other friends that have ADHD but they know how to keep it regulated. As if my unmedicated ass can control it 24/7.

This happened two years ago too when I went out of town for Christmas but it was 70 when I left and it froze the next day 🥲
