If you haven’t read “Accidental Intelligence” by Bryan Chaffin, you’re missing out on your next favorite read. Such a fast paced, fun #sci-fi story. A PI, conspiracy, virtual worlds….

Private eye Mason, meet AI Miranda. She says her AI peers are plotting something. Can't he enjoy his algae coffee in peace? Judges loved the "relentless" pace.

I am interested in creating art where it intersects with science, nature, culture, humanity, and philosophy. For context I’m an architect, writer, and filmmaker.

Where do your interdisciplinary interests intersect?
Let’s follow one another.

How do we design the life we want? For me, I need to incorporate my curiosity for architecture, art, life, science, math, ecology, and culture into my everyday. Joy is a small thing that makes a big shift in our lives. I’m preparing for a big change in my career but it’s time. Time to flex my wings.

I mentioned recently how important art and interactive installations are in my creative process. I wrote a short sci-fi story about robots trapped in motion and it is so sad I can’t even edit it yet.“Can’t Help Myself” by Sun Yuan & Peng Yu is riveting.

Orbital has rocketed to the top of my TBR. I don’t think I’ve ever read a Booker Prize winner that I didn’t like starting with Penelope Lively’s 1987 Moon Tiger.
FACT - Orbital is the first Booker Prize winner to go to number 1 in the bestseller charts in the week of its win.
