A little new beginning from the weekend. I usually give the first flowers a few days to make sure the wildlife doesn’t eat them, but this will be a tomato in a few weeks.

I dug this out to talk about because it’s important. My parents would never buy my Polly Pocket as a kid. So for my second marriage, my husband found this one with all the figures and I felt like the blessing I put into it was good.

We’re going to give growing Buttercrisp lettuce a shot. Fingers crossed I can get the conditions right for it.
