There is actually a small curb cut about 10’ to the left of this photo where the grass goes to the grade of the street (if you don’t mind biking on 5’ of grass). The barrier may have blocked access before, but it was available yesterday. No idea what it looks like today.

They came a-door-knocking yesterday. They asked if I was unhappy with City Council. I’m in a Jenkins district so said Hell Yeah, before clarifying that I was unhappy with the council-members that don’t hold Frey accountable to get anything done despite supposedly being a “strong” mayor.
