I love that CBS’s defense of cancelling Colbert was that it’s, “purely a financial decision.” Of course it’s a financial decision! That’s exactly what everyone is so pissed off about!

Carvana’s podcast commercials really make it sound like a product in search of a solution. It might be a perfectly useful tool, but I don’t “spend time wondering what [my] car is worth.”

James Garfield was 50 at the time of his assassination. Michael Shannon, who will play him in the upcoming Netflix miniseries is also 50. Lucretia Garfield was 49 years old but will be played by 38 year old Betty Gilpin. Does anyone else hate that shit?
