For years (and for internal use only) I have searched Google with super generic terms and just grabbed an image that fit the “generic concept” idea. The problem is of course copyright. Alas, AI negates that by having done the stealing for you.

Sneaking new slides in to adapt to previous talks is my favorite thing. It kind of makes the session very organic and flow-y.
