Wow i am not aware of the scientific policies beyond the selection but some very surprising results. Sad that candidates do not receive an official feedback.

@maikbischoff.bsky.social uses the fruit fly testis as a model of organ sculpting. The adult testis is a long spiral shaped tube encased in circumferential muscle, but at the start it is almost spherical without surrounding muscles. During pupation muscle precursors migrate onto the testis 2/n
