Figma for non-web vector work is fine, but only if you think there’s no chance of it ever needing to be printed.
Otherwise, stick to a program that can handle print-color-profiles and save yourself a headache of reassembling an exported file even before fixing colors.

If companies did more post-project retrospectives instead of relying on performance reviews, “company high fives”, and weekly check-ins, I think we would have clearer objectives to focus on and shorter lag times to improve on opportunities and measure growth.

I feel like since I went remote during the pandemic, I’ve gotten more talkative in meetings. It’s very uncomfortable but I also feel like I *have* to say more to ensure I’m understood.
I don’t know what the deal is, but it’s mentally exhausting.
