Granted, 2 messages were left but I did book 3 overdue appointments AND start with one new practice.

I am probably the only weirdo who misses my old job's HDHP vs new one's copay plan since I have to handle more admin tasks with this one, but at least they are refunding nearly 10 out of 15 visits for hubs' OON therapist.
