Hashis has so many side effects that vary based on levels, treatment and medication. I'm unsure that docs could know what is going on at all times. All I know is that I never had a migraine in my life and then I got Hashis and now I have them. 🤷‍♀️

I have a by the month pill organizer. One for day and one for night (thanks to Hashimotos.) Because they are all laid out it's nothing to open up the day/night and take them. Also it gives me a monthly track of when I did forget to take them. My phone also reminds me at the same times each day.
