A recipe for Vanilla Coffee Creamer 1 1/2 cups Half & Half 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 2/3 cup white sugar (if you like it really sweet, you can add 1 cup) Heat half & half and cream until just steaming (DO NOT BOIL).* Whisk in the sugar until dissolved, still being careful not to let the mixture boil. Remove from heat. **Add vanilla extract and whisk (I like 2-3 tbsp, but you do you.) Add to coffee hot or allow it to cool. Once completely cool, store in a glass bottle or plastic pour container. It should keep in the fridge for about 7 days give or take. *If you let the milk mixture boil, it tastes gross and bitter, you’ll need to start again. ** Be sure to add the vanilla when it’s off the heat for maximum flavor.
