Definitely the Danish hotdog. Long sausage compared to bun size (changes the meat:bread ratio), finely chopped white onion, ketchup, mustard (Danish!), remoulade (must have!), crispy fried onions, & bread & butter pickles. Preferably eaten while standing at a table next to a pølsevøgn.
