Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Kent, Renton and Tukwila. Go north or south of evacuated area away from flooding waters. Do not drive or walk through standing or moving water.

I too have a resident hummingbird in the backyard. Hovered eye level with me a few times while I was out watering in the back yard.
