SB 264 would impose capital punishment for the intentional killing of a police officer or first responder.

The death penalty is not justice. West Virginia wisely abolished it 60 years ago.

Why? The IG released a report on the negative impact of USAID’s dismantling, including reports that food for hungry people is rotting in warehouses.
