The logic here, according to Trump and the brilliant minds at the New York Post, is that no one is coming to Manhattan but that all the drivers who are coming to Manhattan are being forced to pay a toll they didn't know about.

Last night with a cold windchill of 16 we still had a fun group of people show up to celebrate the start of NYC's Congestion Pricing including the 1st drivers to pay the toll!
Due to the cold or fumbling with my thick gloves, my audio was corrupted. But in the end this simple montage will suffice!
