Am I the only person who has a horrible reactions to Ozempic & Mounjaro. Two days of throwing up every week is too much! Once a week is too much. How do people do this? Are they sick 2 to 3 days out of the week? I am absolutely useless. FYI I’m on it for type 2 diabetes & the weight loss is a bonus.

I just took a midnight swim. I haven’t felt peace and calmness like this in a very long time. Tonight? I am grateful af.

Saturdays are the hardest, I think. I still expect the phone to ring, and we’ll catch up, even if we just spoke the day before. My quiet phone is so loud. I miss you so much. How is this real? 😭
