Trump’s Justice Dept. has just fired every Jan 6th federal prosecutors in the DC U.S. Attorney’s office. The law and order guy fired those who upheld the laws and pardoned those who committed crimes on his behalf. Yet most GOP are defending the constitution with the silence. 🤔

You know the joy we felt 3-4 mos. ago? Joy is contagious. So is fear. It’s why joy is resistance. Jesus said, “Do not fear.” We get through this with one another, having each other’s backs. Trusting the good. The incoming R. Admin. is manipulating people’s fears. But they can’t manipulate our joy.

President Jimmy Carter has passed away at the age of 100. He was a symbol of what is best about America: kindness, compassion, duty and service. He will be missed, most of all by those who long for a return of that kind of country, led by a man with such strength of character.
