And then you have to claim that on the financial forms and the institution you child may be attending will simply withdraw that $20 from their financial package, so unless you're paying full tuition out-of-pocket or have to take loans from the other institution, it's a minimal benefit.

Also, didn't we stop writing "manpower" decades ago after feminists - IN THE 1980s! - called attention to how problematic it is?! I've been taught this since undergrad (I mean, not that the distinction would make a difference here, but just saying...that's some 90s woke shit)
