Finding a way to destress can bring back job satisfaction. Find a hobby that makes you lighter and happier - mine is crosswords.
This is a lovely little story, and it's so true.

Missus and I have always boardgamed, but she realised last week that concentrating on a game for an hour completely takes her away from the stresses of home & work.

In summary: humans need hobbies.
