If you look up SPORADIC in the dictionary, you'll see a picture of me. 😔
I started a quiet little YouTube project; gentle affirmations with cozy visuals, created for rest and background comfort.
It’s a side project that lives alongside my writing.

The first video is up.

Have you ever done something so automatic, you never paused to wonder why? I just published a post called My Arms, where I finally realized one of those habits I’ve had for as long as I can remember is actually a form of stimming.

My Arms
For as long as I can remember, I’ve done this thing with my hands and arms but have never known why. First, starting at my shoulder, I run my right hand all the way down my left arm, then I do the …

Interesting article.
Rather than investing her emotional labor in a bot, she’d rather invest it in the person across from her; someone imperfect, present, and real.

I just published a short story I wrote way back in 2002 called Flames

It’s dark, surreal, and unsettling—a journey through fire, fear, and the weight of broken promises.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to walk straight into your own destiny, this story might just speak to you.

New blog post about my addiction to daydreaming; also know as Maladaptive Daydreaming.
Destructive Daydreaming
What is Maladaptive Daydreaming I’ve had a problem my whole life that’s held me back for decades. I like to daydream. A lot!! It’s almost like a compulsion, an addiction. And sometimes I cannot sto…

The oil industry buys off Congress. No action on climate.

The NRA buys off Congress. No action on guns.

Insurance companies buy off Congress. No action on health care.

The list goes on and on.

Money in politics is the root of our dysfunction.
