I have to say that it is also completely delicious!!!

And we didn’t get to work with the falcons because there were peacocks on the property and the falcons would have gone after them…! Just a couple of eagles and hawks, a kite, and a tiny owl named Spock 🩵

I can’t remember the species—I knew at one point but it’s totally gone now. I do think, upon reflection, that this is an eagle rather than a hawk. And I remember that his name was Arrakis!

He was just gorgeous! And a little scary, but in the best possible way!
