Great to see developers (finally) converting office buildings into residential space. And restoring architectural features found in the basement! This is my favorite NYC building and it would be a dream to live here. More of this! But for the middle class.

Simple and brilliant.
Being a multi-decade @adobe.com Lightroom user two things that would vastly improve workflow as a portrait photographer include: ability to auto-batch/crop subjects to center or off-center a subject and better remove flyways (even with AI, it's still not effect). What's something you'd improve?
