I think my experiment failed, I can't get most of it out of the jar. 😂 Though I did get a couple little pieces to examine up close.
A large glass jar sitting on the counter. There are white crystals growing densely on the bottom and up the sides of the interior. It really looks like snow collecting on a window. The same jar from above, so you can see the side without looking through the glass. I'm holding up the same jar with one hand so I can show the view straight down into it. The crystals growing up the side have been removed, but the bottom is covered with a dense layer of crystal stuck at the bottom of the jar. A little piece of homegrown crystal sitting on a black surface.

And now, we wait
A large wide mouth glass jar, without a lid, sitting on my kitchen counter. It's filled with a clear but cloudy liquid, and there's a white dome shaped "seed stone" resting on the bottom, as well as some white powder that didn't fully dissolve in the liquid. Looks a bit like snow. Behind the jar, out of focus, you can see some of the rest of my kitchen.

Santa surprised me, a 41 year old woman, with my one and only Christmas gift this year. Santa's also the only one who includes my middle name when addressing mail to me, aside from my folks.

I did such a good job voting in the local runoff they let me have two stickers.

They lean heavily on the peach, even though the people who actually live here don't really have that association top of mind. The "I secured my vote!" text is a recent add that made them uglier. IMHO the stickers feel like marketing for Georgia SOS, when they should be marketing for *democracy*.
