The horizontal axis shows the Hispanic share of the population from 0% to about 80%. The vertical axis shows the change in the Democratic margin from 2024 to 2025, ranging from about –25 to +75 percentage points. Most points with low Hispanic population are clustered near zero or show small shifts, with some red points indicating shifts toward Ciattarelli. As the Hispanic share increases, points trend strongly upward, indicating larger shifts toward Democrat Mikie Sherrill. The largest positive shifts appear in heavily Hispanic cities: Union City and Perth Amboy are labeled near the upper right, both showing gains of 50 points or more. Paterson, also labeled, lies around 60% Hispanic with a large pro-Democratic shift.
