Just received this photo from a friend of a warehouse in Kinshasa. These are tuberculosis medications--ALREADY PAID FOR--that aren't being distributed due to the Trump Administration's stop work order.

2024 is nearly done. I find myself wishing there was still something like what LiveJournal used to be. (It still exists but... there are some layers of problems there.) It definitely made it easier to think back on the year. I could, I suppose, start actually journaling. But that is only one facet.
