Agreed. It's supposed to be all hinge and full body. Hell, I do 45 lb KB swings and I can tell those in the video aren't that heavy, and I'm JUST a girl!

I would love it if the media stopped focusing on what women wear and instead focused on what they thought and what they say. Clearly young women (18-29) have a lot to say and we heard them loud and clear last night!

When I was home on parental leave, I heard about this research study on NPR (Science Fridays are the best); it was 10 years ago. I considered the same was likely true about other allergens. I didn't protect my daughter from potential allergens and unsurprisingly, she is allergy free.
