Value of condos in our development in SC are selling for $250K less than they did in April/May. My decision is now between hemorrhaging money slowly or all at once. I was waiting for things to stabilize, but they just get worse. I fucking hate being an adult.

I’ll never forget the first one I had from a food truck on Spring Garden. MAGIC. NIRVANA. The lack of trying prior was based on 2 factors:
1. I hated steak of any kind until the late 90s
2. I spent many formative years abroad where my taste buds got bougie (also steak in Yemen…nope)
