Alt: Stick figure follows with its eyes as the words “THE POINT” fly by above its head

I feel like I might have said something like that to my own kid on occasion… not always sure if I’m coaching her in negotiating skills or revealing how to manipulate me

I also build up a bank of feedback sentences as a go along, so I can reuse segments and edit to personalise rather than type out the similar points from scratch each time.

A colleague does feedback as voice notes - may be quicker. (I would struggle to organise thoughts without writing out first)

I’m sure I could be more efficient but try to ensure consistency with a set structure. I always include an overview feedback sentence or 2. Depending on assessment type I then either A) provide 2-3 points of specific feedback on key sections or B) on 1-3 strengths/positives + 2-4 ways to improve

Also, let’s not forget that September 28th was firstly declared as #SafeAbortion day at the fifth Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Encuentro in 1990, acknowledging a) the Brazilian 1871 free womb law, and b) complications of unsafe abortions as top causes for regional women’s mortality
