Despite the scholarly focus on high ART multiples rates, the growth in ART use over time more than offset the adjustment for multiples. Furthermore, assumptions that reduced these were less impactful than assumptions about overtreatment or subsequent natural conceptions. 6/n

Relatedly, because ART use is socially stratified, we need to document to what extent the contribution is stratified. We found that unlike natural fertility, differences in the absolute contribution of ART to the fertility of education groups were increasing over time. 4/n

We contribute by analysing 3 British cohort studies to examine multiple biomarkers and self-reported measures of cardiovascular problems and cancer in midlife (mid-40s, mid-50s and mid-60s). Overall, we find a lack of robust evidence of only child distinctiveness in the UK, for these indicators.

Holiday-time screen detox [=severe restrictions on teenager’s daily phone time] has been thoroughly enjoyable. We’ve done my favourite mumin jigsaw puzzle, and played soo much uno, bananagrams, alfapet [scrabble], and mahjong.

We discuss how the prevalence changes with age in childhood and compare estimates based on cross-sectional & longitudinal derivations. Relevant if using cross-sectional household grid information or retrospective questions about childhood family size. 7/n
