Now, this is not some super secret technique I kept hidden from everyone - this is basic data analysis and percentages. High school maths.
They still have a Project Manager who's supposed to do the data stuff, but who apparently doesn't know how to do percentages.

Taxes have been framed as a sanction or an extraction for centuries (and they have been extractive in the past), but we're at a point where we should be able to frame taxes as contribution to public infrastructure, thus framing tax avoidance as theft from the public purse.
